In June, we launched the brand new Teamcamp Desktop Application — giving you a faster, focused way to manage your work outside the browser.
What’s new?
Desktop Application: You can now download and use Teamcamp as a native desktop app — no browser required. Perfect for staying focused on your work throughout the day.
Multiple Tabs: Work across multiple projects or views at once. The new Desktop App allows you to open multiple tabs inside the app — making it easy to switch between tasks, messages, reports, and more.
Collapsible Sidebar: Need more space? You can now collapse the left sidebar to maximize your working area — especially useful on smaller screens.
Quick Workspace Switching: Jump between different workspaces effortlessly using the new Quick Workspace Switcher — saving time when working across multiple teams or clients.
How to use it?
Download the Teamcamp Desktop App from your account or website.
Click the collapse button to hide or show the sidebar.
Access the Quick Workspace Switcher from the sidebar header to instantly move between workspaces.

In May, we rolled out significant enhancements to the responsive design and user flow on mobile devices and tablets — making it easier to stay productive on the go.
What’s new?
Optimized Mobile Experience: We’ve improved the mobile layout across key pages — including Tasks, Projects, Messages, and Time Tracking — so you can easily navigate and manage your work from your phone.
Better Tablet / iPad Support : The interface now adapts beautifully on tablets and iPads, with improved spacing, alignment, and usability — making Teamcamp fully functional on larger touch devices.

Collaboration - Feature - Enhancement
In May, we introduced a simple but powerful feature — you can now add links directly to any task. This helps you provide helpful context, reference external tools, and keep everything related to the task in one place.
What’s new?
Add Links to Tasks: You can now easily attach any external URL to a task — whether it’s a document, design file, website, reference material, or tool. Links appear in a new Links section on the Task Details page, where all collaborators can view and access them.
How to use it?
Open the Task Details page.
Use the More menu (•••) and select Add Link.
Enter the URL and optional title.
Added links will appear in the Links section of the task for quick access.
This makes it easy for your team to stay organized and ensures that important resources are always available where work happens.

Editor - Design - Enhancement
In April, we rolled out major improvements to the Rich Text Editor — making it more powerful, flexible, and enjoyable to use across Teamcamp.
What’s new?
Embed Cards: You can now embed rich previews for commonly used content directly inside the editor:
Project URL → shows project preview card
Task URL → shows task preview card
Lightshot URL → displays the screenshot preview
Video Upload → easily upload and preview videos within your notes or comments
Slash Command Menu : We've introduced a Slash Command feature to speed up editing. Just type/
to access a range of formatting and insert options:
Code Block → for clean display of code
Table → quickly insert structured tables
Checklist → manage action items
Divider, Block Quote, Headings → improve content readability

Image Previews: Images now display inline with a preview, so your content looks great while editing — no more waiting until after save to see what it looks like.
How to use it?
While editing any Rich Text field (tasks, comments, project notes), type

to open the Slash Command menu.Paste supported URLs (project, task, Lightshot, video) to auto-generate an Embed Card.
Upload or paste an image to see it inline as a preview.

Project Management - Feature - Enhancement
In March, we expanded the Project Overview page to make it even more useful. You can now easily manage project resources and track team workload — all from a single view.
What’s new?
Resources Section: You can now manage key project files and links directly within the Project Overview page. The new Resources section lets you:
Upload files
Select files from your workspace
Add links to important resources or external tools
Everything your team needs is now easily accessible in one place.
Team Workload: A newTeam Workload section shows how work is distributed across your team. You can quickly see the percentage of assigned tasks per team member — helping you balance workloads and manage team capacity more effectively.
How to use it?
Navigate to any Project and open the Overview tab.
Scroll to the Resources section to upload or link key files for the project.
View the Team Workload section to understand how tasks are currently assigned across your team.
These improvements make it easier to keep your project organized and ensure your team is working efficiently.
In February, we introduced a new Security & Access section in Settings, giving you greater visibility and control over your account sessions.
What’s new?
Session List: You can now view all active sessions on your account — including the device, location, and time of last activity — right from the new Security & Access section in your Settings.
Revoke Sessions: Worried about an unfamiliar session? You can easily revoke any session with a single click. This instantly logs that session out and ensures your account stays secure.
How to use it?
Go to Settings → Security & Access.Review the list of active sessions for your account.Click Revoke next to any session you want to remove.This feature gives you more transparency and control — helping you keep your Teamcamp account safe.
We’re starting 2025 with the introduction of the Sub Task feature — giving you more flexibility to manage complex work by breaking tasks into smaller, actionable items.
What’s new?
Sub Tasks: You can now create Sub Tasks within any task. This makes it easy to organize larger tasks into smaller steps, assign them individually, and manage work more effectively.
Visibility: Sub Tasks are visible both in the Task Details view and directly on the Tasks List page, helping you and your team stay on top of every part of your workflow.
How to use it?
Open any task and click Add Sub Task to create a new Sub Task.Add a title, assignee, and due date for each Sub Task.Sub Tasks appear under the parent task in both Task Details and the Tasks List view.Complete Sub Tasks as work progresses — giving everyone a clear picture of what’s done and what remains.
At the start of January, we rolled out the ability to reschedule inbox notifications, providing users with greater control over when they want to be reminded.
What’s new?
Reschedule Notifications: Users can now reschedule inbox notifications to a specific date. This ensures you get notified at the most convenient time, helping you stay on top of important tasks and updates without being overwhelmed.
How to use it?
In your inbox, select any notification and click the Reschedule option. Choose a new date, and Teamcamp will send the notification on your preferred schedule.
At the start of December, we introduced the My Time Logs feature on the Time Tracking page, making it easier for users to monitor and manage their personal time logs.
What’s new?
Personal Time Tracking: Users can now view all their own time logs in one place, providing better visibility into individual contributions.
Export: Download a detailed CSV report of your time tracking data with just one click. This feature is perfect for personal record-keeping or sharing time reports with your manager.
How to use it?
Navigate to the Time Tracking page and select the My Time Logs tab to access your personal logs. Use the Export button to download your report.
At the start of November, we introduced new filtering options to help you navigate tasks more effectively in Teamcamp.
What’s new?
Show Sub-tasks: Easily toggle sub-tasks visibility within your task list.
Show Empty Groups: View task groups even if they don’t have any tasks, ensuring no group is overlooked.
Task Completed by Recency: Sort completed tasks by their completion date, helping you focus on recent achievements.
Completed Tasks for Specific Period: Filter completed tasks based on a selected time range for more precise tracking.
These updates give you greater control and flexibility when managing your tasks.
We’ve enhanced the Project Overview page to provide a more comprehensive view of your projects.
What’s new?
Time Logs: You can now see detailed time logs for each project directly on the overview page. This gives better insight into how much time your team is spending on tasks, helping you track progress and optimize workflows.
How to use it?
Navigate to any project and open the Overview tab to find the new Time Logs section. You’ll see a breakdown of logged hours by team member, task, and date.
In September, we rolled out an update to the All Projects page, making it easier for users to discover and join new projects.
What’s new?
View all projects: Users can now see projects they aren’t part of, giving better visibility into ongoing work across the organisation.
Join projects effortlessly: If you’re an admin or owner, you can directly join any project from this page, streamlining collaboration and ensuring no project goes unnoticed.
Teamcamp has enhanced its Document Editor to streamline collaboration and improve transparency. With our latest update, you can now effortlessly track and manage changes in your documents. Here’s what’s new:
Change Tracking: See who made changes, what was modified, and when updates occurred. This feature ensures you stay informed about every edit, providing clear visibility into document revisions.
Real-Time Editing Visibility: When two or more team members open the same document, you can now view live edits as they happen. This allows you to see exactly what others are working on, enhancing collaboration and reducing conflicts.
These updates make it easier to collaborate efficiently, keep track of document changes, and work together seamlessly. Access these features through the Document Editor in Teamcamp to boost productivity and teamwork.
Teamcamp's latest update brings you enhanced control over your notifications. Our new Notification Settings feature allows you to customize how you receive updates, ensuring you stay informed without feeling overwhelmed. Here’s what you can adjust:
Browser Notifications: Receive instant alerts directly in your browser for real-time updates. Easily toggle this option to get notifications for key events or turn them off when you prefer less disruption.
Mobile Push Notifications: Stay connected while on the move. Enable or disable push notifications on your mobile device to get updates and messages no matter where you are.
Email Notifications: Choose whether to get notifications sent to your email inbox. Opt-in for summaries and important alerts or turn them off to streamline your email experience.
To customize your notification preferences, simply go to the “Settings” section in Teamcamp. This update allows you to manage your notifications efficiently, ensuring you receive only the information that’s most relevant to you.
We are excited to introduce a highly anticipated feature to Teamcamp that will significantly improve your task management workflow: Enhanced Task Status Labels!
The new Task Status feature allows you to assign detailed status labels to your tasks, providing a clear picture of where each task stands in your workflow. This feature is designed to help you and your team track progress more effectively and stay organized.
How does it work?
You can now assign one of the following status labels to each task:
Backlog:Tasks that are in the queue but not yet started.
To Do: Tasks that are ready to be worked on next.
In Progress: Tasks that are currently being worked on.
In Review: Tasks that have been completed and are awaiting review.
Done: Tasks that have been completed and approved.
Cancelled: Tasks that have been cancelled or are no longer needed.
Why use Enhanced Task Status Labels?
