Sub Task Feature for Better Task Organization
We’re starting 2025 with the introduction of the Sub Task feature — giving you more flexibility to manage complex work by breaking tasks into smaller, actionable items.
What’s new?
Sub Tasks: You can now create Sub Tasks within any task. This makes it easy to organize larger tasks into smaller steps, assign them individually, and manage work more effectively.
Visibility: Sub Tasks are visible both in the Task Details view and directly on the Tasks List page, helping you and your team stay on top of every part of your workflow.
How to use it?
Open any task and click Add Sub Task to create a new Sub Task.Add a title, assignee, and due date for each Sub Task.Sub Tasks appear under the parent task in both Task Details and the Tasks List view.Complete Sub Tasks as work progresses — giving everyone a clear picture of what’s done and what remains.
