Workspace

A workspace is a place to separate your teams according to the product or service you are dealing with. For example, if any business has two different kinds of services, they can create two different workspaces and track the growth of each one separately.

Projects

The Project section in Teamcamp is the central place to create, organize, and manage all your work within a workspace. It helps you track progress, assign tasks, collaborate with your team, and keep every project moving smoothly. Read more about how you can create and manage one.

Task

A task is a work that needs to be completed within a project. Tasks are the individual actions or steps to accomplish the project's goals. They are the building blocks of a project. Get started and know how you can create and manage tasks.

Integration

Integration refers to connecting Teamcamp with external tools such as Github, Figma, Stripe, Google calendar, Zapier etc. These integrations allow information to flow between apps, making communication, scheduling, and data management seamless within the Teamcamp ecosystem.

Client Portal

A client portal is a secure space where clients can access project updates, files, and billing information. In Teamcamp, the Client Portal lets clients view progress, tasks, shared files, and invoices. It reduces back-and-forth communication and gives clients full transparency without exposing your internal team workflows.

Time Tracking

Time Tracking allows team members to log the hours spent on tasks or projects. Teamcamp’s time tracking feature helps to measure productivity, calculate billable hours, and generate accurate invoices based on real work done.

Timesheet

A timesheet is a record of the hours spent on tasks or projects, typically used to track productivity and calculate billable work. In Teamcamp, the Timesheet provides a day-by-day breakdown of logged hours, helping teams monitor work patterns, review progress, and plan schedules more effectively.

Invoice

An invoice is a bill sent to the client for services completed. In Teamcamp, invoices can be generated from tracked time, tasks, or project milestones. This makes billing accurate and ensures every hour or deliverable is accounted for without manual calculation. Read more about invoicing & payment.
