Invite Multiple Users at Once — Now With Project Assignment
We’ve made it faster and easier to bring new people into your workspace. With the improved invite flow, you can now invite multiple users at once and add them directly to specific projects — all in a single step.
What’s new?
Invite Multiple Users: You can now enter multiple email addresses at once in the new Email field — perfect for onboarding several teammates at the same time.
Assign Projects During Invite: No more switching back and forth between settings. A new Projects field lets you select one or more projects that invited users should be added to immediately after joining.
Redesigned Invite Modal:
The invite modal now includes two fields:
Email(s): Add one or more email addresses separated by commas or lines.
Projects: Select one or more projects where users should be added once they accept the invite.
Why does this matter?
Previously, users had to be invited to the workspace first — and only after joining could they be manually added to projects via the Project Settings. This update streamlines the process, saving you time and ensuring users have the right access from day one.
How to use it?
Go to Workspace Settings → Teams
Click Invite buttonEnter multiple email addresses in the Email field
Select one or more projects in the Projects field
Send the invite — and you’re done!
This update simplifies team onboarding and helps you collaborate faster by setting up the right access right away.
